Speaker Moderator Coach

I am an experienced moderator who thrives on facilitating engaging discussions, panel talks, and interactive events. I have a genuine passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and involving the audience in the conversation, both in-person and online.

I’ve moderated events such as the University:Future Festival, Online Educa Berlin (OEB), and sustainability conference “Konferenz n.” I’ve also interviewed inspiring individuals, including Paralympic athletes for “Tagesspiegel,” and contributed to thought-provoking podcasts like “UNgehört” and “ChargeHolidays Talks.”

Additionally, I’ve hosted brainstorming sessions and discussions on various topics, including sustainability at EcoGrandPrix and educational programs like “Triff die Koryphäe unter der Konifere” at the Botanical Garden in Dresden.

My goal is to foster meaningful dialogues and bring people together to explore exciting connections and ideas.

I have a deep passion for inspiring others and sharing my knowledge. My creative approach, combined with strong problem-solving skills, enables me to establish personal connections with individuals and groups. I’ve developed extensive expertise as both a Design Thinking as well as Sustainability coach, refining my skills through training at the HPI School of Design Thinking during the Global Design Thinking Weeks as well as educational modules from “netzwerk n”. As a coach for group leaders at the organization “ijgd” I had the chance to prepare future trainers for their roles as international group educators sharing and widening my knowledge at the same time.

Furthermore, I’ve conducted diverse workshops that range from creative writing to acrobatics. I take delight in integrating various skills into my coaching, including trust-building and acceptance built on experience from circus disciplines. My aspiration is to be an inclusive coach for all, and I value the privilege of collaborating with people from diverse countries and professional backgrounds, ranging from children to university students to CEOs.
